  • President - Dustin Walsey

    As President of Auto Town Insurance, Dustin brings Auto Town experience in leading organizations committed to customer service. Walsey has a very diverse background in sales, finance and technology that span large corporations and small startups. Dustin’s background ranges from a retail lender with Wachovia Bank to comptroller of Auto Impact, which is a chain of collision repair centers. As the internet started to explode in the early 1990’s, Walsey founded a streaming media company that fueled his passion for technology, that lead to a prosoperous career at Akamai Technologies where he honed his skills in technology sales.

    In 2008, Walsey became President of Auto Town Insurance, where he serves on the board of directors. Walsey earned a B.S. in Finance and Marketing at Indiana University Bloomington.

  • Chairman - Emanuel Fialkow

    Emanuel (Manny) Fialkow – Mr. Fialkow is Chairman of TMB Holdings, LLC as well as Auto Town Insurance. Mr. Fialkow is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate investor who has transacted as a principal in over 30 commercial office properties, and multiple building service industry companies. Mr. Fialkow is also a Board member of PhysicianJobs.com, LLC, a national locum tenens firm. Mr. Fialkow is a graduate of Emory University and is involved in many civic and charitable organizations.

  • General Manager - Yaneth Arroyave

    Yaneth brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to ATI with a strong background in the retail agencies specializing in property, causalty and life insurance. In December 2009, Yaneth assumed the role of General Manager.

    As GM, she is responsible for all customer facing operations to include the performance of the all revenue generating employees and contractors, customer service, training and licensing. Since joining the team, she has helped to lead the organization into an era of expansion built on organic growth, strategic partnership and acquisition.

    Yaneth’s insurance background began in 2005 when she moved to Atlanta to join a small non-standard insurance agency working as a property and causality agent. During her time with the agency she learned the fundamentals to customer acquisition, retention and the industry. While at the agency, she became a life and health agent and helped launch the life and health products into the agency. In 2006, she opened her own agency in Buford and in early 2007 opened a second location in Lawrenceville. In August 2008 ATI offered to acquire her agency and later that year she joined the ATI team.

    Yaneth received a Bachelor of Engineering from National University of Colombia. She worked as an engineer for the Colombian government for 13 years before moving to the United States. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

  • Chief Technology Officer - Dan England

    CTO of Auto Town Insurance, joined the company in December 2008 and is responsible for all IT systems for the company. Dan is Auto Town’s technology visionary with a passion to make purchasing insurance easy and efficient. For over a decade, Dan England has performed IT services ranging from programming and web design to network and systems administration. Prior clients include the United States Army Southeastern Regional Medical Command (through SAIC), educational institutions such as Mercer University and Savannah River College, Fulton County, Gwinnett County, MARTA, Augusta-Richmond County, Cherokee County, and Dekalb County Board of Education, among others.

    In 2004, he developed java-based solutions to manage employee scheduling and projected labor expenses for a publicly traded restaurant company. From 2007 - 2009 he taught courses as part of the Microsoft IT Academy at Savannah River College in Augusta, GA. He attended Valdosta State University and Augusta State University, and also holds a range of IT Certifications. In his spare time, Mr. England is a rated contributor for several technical forums and develops web site solutions for non-profit organizations.

  • Director of Operations - Tommy Higginbotham

    Tommy joined ATI in February 2010, and currently serves as Director of Operations. In this role he designs and supports the business, logistics and general accounting systems for ATI. Leading a team of professionals, Tommy is responsible for operational accuracy and efficiency.

    Prior to his service with ATI, Tommy spent 7 years developing solutions and supporting Municipal Government operations. His team was responsible for all IT budgeting, planning, compliance, and support for all departments, including the police, courts, fire, recreation, and the city managers office.

    Tommy obtained his B.B.A in Management Information Systems from the University of West Georgia.
